Join us for the annual Henderson Library Association Meeting! Stop in to cast your vote for three open Board of Trustee positions and enjoy a dessert and refreshment bar with fellow library supporters.

If you’re a Henderson Library cardholder age 18 or older, you’re already an Association Member and eligible to vote. We look forward to seeing you there!

Meet the 2025 Henderson Library Board of Trustee Candidates

Sarah Glink
Owner and operator of Wall Street Coffee for six years, Sarah has lived in Ashtabula County for 11 years. Active in JAMBA and Jefferson Church of the Nazarene, she is passionate about community involvement. Sarah hopes to expand library programming for seniors and youth and support the library as a welcoming community space.

Lisa Fuller-Grippi
A lifelong Ashtabula County resident, Lisa serves as Service Support Administration Manager at the Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She’s active with United Way, Friends of People with Developmental Disabilities, and Saint John School PTO. Lisa hopes to continue supporting the library’s Guardianship Training program and promote the library’s impact throughout the county.

Cheryl Principi
Originally from the Youngstown/Warren area, Cheryl has lived in Ashtabula County for three years. A dedicated library user, she attends board meetings as an engaged community member. Cheryl hopes to guide the library’s future through leadership, financial stewardship, and support of inclusive programming and public meeting spaces.

Rhonda Stiles
A lifelong Ashtabula County resident, Rhonda has lived here for 56 years. A former Adult Programming Coordinator at Henderson Library, she now works for Jefferson Area Local Schools and owns 56 Cupcakes. Rhonda hopes to help the library remain a positive, vital part of Jefferson through community engagement and growth.

Jakob Gottwig
Jakob has lived in the area for four years and is a graduate of ATECH’s HVAC program. He has volunteered with The Sacred Heart Fish Fry and The Grange during Fair Week and is an avid library user. Jakob hopes to contribute to programs that bring the community together and strengthen the library’s role as a welcoming place for all.

Rose Portz
Rose has lived in Ashtabula County for 10 years and is passionate about the library and the written word. She hopes to help keep the library vibrant in the community and increase activities for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring the library remains inclusive and welcoming.

Jeff Didonato
An Ashtabula native and Jefferson resident, Jeff has worked in the funeral service profession for 42 years. He looks forward to applying his years of compassionate community service to benefit Jefferson residents. He is a devoted husband to his wife Danielle and father to three daughters: Alexandra, Quinn, and Avery.

John Nemeth
John is Henderson Library’s 2025 Volunteer of the Year, recognized for his support and monthly program Easy Cooking with John. A former board member of the Jefferson Conservation, he hopes to help more people take advantage of the library’s resources, both in person and online. John also aims to enhance the library grounds with native Ohio plants as an educational feature.
